Bondaweb by Vlieseline is an iron-on adhesive on transfer paper, used for joining layers material together. Suitable for all fabrics, as well as raffia, cardboard, wood and at low temperatures, also leather. Always test a small piece first if possible.

Our online fabrics are sold in half metre and 1 metre lengths. Note that as standard practice all multiples of the same fabric will be cut as one continuous length.
 
 For example if you order:  1 x 1m  AND  1 x 0.5m of the same fabric you will receive a continuous uncut 1.5 metre length.

Application
 
1. Take a reversed drawing of your motif on the paper side of Bondaweb and cut out roughly. 
2. Lay the Bondaweb with the rough side on the reverse side of the fabric and iron on for around 5–10 seconds. 
3. Cut out the motif precisely and pull off the backing paper. 
4. Then place it in the desired spot on another piece of fabric with the coated side facing down. Cover with a damp cloth and iron for 10 seconds section by section.
5. Sew on the appliqué with a zigzag stitch, using a piece of embroidery backing underneath if necessary.
 
Manufactureres Washing Instructions: 
Machine washable at 60°C. Do not Tumble Dye. Medium-high Iron. Dry Clean no trichloroethylene.
